Agreement to Terms
By creating an account or using BCBA Hub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and BCBA Hub ("we," "us," or "our").
Description of Service
BCBA Hub is a clinical operations platform designed for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and related professionals. The Service provides tools for scheduling, client management, authorization tracking, CEU logging, goal banking, billable hours tracking, and related clinical workflow management.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use BCBA Hub. By using the Service, you represent that you are a licensed or supervised professional in the field of applied behavior analysis or a related discipline, and that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
Account Registration
To access BCBA Hub, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized account access
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You may not share your account credentials with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without authorization.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use BCBA Hub only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use the Service to transmit spam or unsolicited communications
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Sell, resell, or sublicense access to the Service without authorization
Your Data & Responsibility
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into BCBA Hub, including client records, session notes, calendar events, and documents ("Your Data"). You are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy and legality of Your Data
- Ensuring you have appropriate consent to enter client information
- Compliance with all applicable laws governing the data you enter, including but not limited to HIPAA, state licensing laws, and professional ethical codes
- Maintaining appropriate records and backups outside of BCBA Hub
Google Calendar Integration
If you choose to connect your Google Calendar, you authorize BCBA Hub to read, create, update, and delete events on your behalf. You may disconnect this integration at any time from the Setup tab. You are responsible for ensuring that syncing work-related calendar events with a third-party service complies with your employer's policies.
Subscription & Payment
BCBA Hub offers a paid subscription service. By subscribing you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
- Provide accurate and complete billing information
- Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Payments are processed by Stripe and subject to their terms of service.
Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscription payments, partial months, or unused time. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges, but no refunds will be issued for the current or any prior billing period.
Beta Access
During the beta period, certain users may have access to BCBA Hub at no cost or at a discounted rate. Beta access is provided "as-is" with no guarantees of uptime or feature availability. Founding beta users who were granted special pricing retain that pricing as long as their subscription remains active and in good standing.
Intellectual Property
BCBA Hub and all its content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
You retain all rights to Your Data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Disclaimer of Warranties
BCBA Hub is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of any information you enter or retrieve through the Service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BCBA Hub and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or professional liability claims.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BCBA Hub and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including legal fees — arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason at our discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will cease immediately
- You may request an export of Your Data within 30 days of termination
- After 30 days, Your Data will be permanently deleted

Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland and the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
